Many useful services on analog phones now are available on IP phones. These services include *25 to check extension number, *28 to record greeting, *61 to pick other phone call, *77 to access voice mail box, *41, *43, *47 to set up call forwarding. Some commonly used services such as call waiting, call holding, call transfer, and 3-way calls are available on the IP phone directly and they require minimal support from the IPX.
