Westwood, Massachusetts, (12/6/2008) – Simton Technologies announced Simton IPX and DIDX.net have been successfully integrated to offer business users to have phone numbers of one or multiple countries.

Simton IPX is a hybrid IP PBX for small and medium business customers. Simton IPX has strong and customizable voice security, which allows business users to use external VoIP services from any country, including those blocking VoIP traffic. The DIDX (DID exchange) platform, operated by Super Technologies, allows users to sell and/or to purchase DID phone numbers of any country in the world. Once a business user purchases a DID number of a country and installs it on Simton IPX, the business virtually owns a main line in that country. Such business users are then able to offer better customer service of their own and to lower the communication cost. It could not be easier to setup a virtual office or a virtual call center than by using DIDX.net and Simton IPX.

DIDX is a popular service that has been widely used in countries that allow VoIP operation. Using the solution with Simton IPX, the DIDX service can reach any place where Internet is available regardless of whether VoIP is blocked or not. However, both Simton Technologies and Super Technologies only ensure the service quality in technical aspects and do not have any legal suggestion of using such service in different regions.
